| Descriptions: Some poor emo girl gets up on a high horse because she watched the Fox news report about emo kids. About halfway through is when the lulz begin.It`s not so much that making fun of emo kids is the case here, it`s just that it seems as if she doesn`t realize where her music stems from. She seems oblivious to the fact that punk, and hardcore were important in the development of emo, it`s just that with punk and hardcore they reason they were pissed off were for political and social reasons, not because they had a bad day, or that they got made fun of. I don`t care about any scene in particular, if music sounds good to me, I will listen to it, if not I won`t. Also I refuse to align myself with a genre of music to define who I am as a person. It`s just another form of consumerism. | |||
